Garlic
The garlic we planted last fall has poked through the leaves we mulched them with. One bed each of three varieties, all gifts from our mentors at Stonebridge Farm in Lyons: Inchelium Red, German Hardy, and their own soft neck cultivar. Plus one bed of Stonebridge shallots.
